Easily accessible by public transport, quiet location with inn vibes, divine shower gel, amazing water pressure in shower, pleasant surprise.

Nothing that I didn't like.

This hotel is located in a peaceful neighborhood and is conveniently located near the train station for easy access to nearby areas. the room was attractive and well-appointed with a large, clean bathroom. the staff were helpful and the breakfast provided a nice variety of options. the hotel offered free parking and had friendly service.

It would have been helpful if directions to the hotel were clearer, as some found it difficult to navigate the local area.

The hotel was basic, however had everything we required. It was old but very clean, and they provided breakfast at the on site hotel. Staff had limited English, but were friendly and hospitable.

No complaints about the hotel, but the town was very small. If you didnt have a car it was quite remote. Our main thoughts when we arrived was dinner and breakfast. Walking the town revealed 2 resteraunts and a small supermarket. Everything closed early. We ended up driving to another town for dinner. It is a lovely stop-over place, close to Bern, which is what we wanted, but not close enough to walk anywhere!

The hotel was located in a beautiful area with stunning views of the Alps on the horizon, making it a perfect location for a Thanksgiving getaway. the convenient transport links to nearby attractions were very helpful, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome.

The noise from the bar was quite loud and went on late into the evening, disturbing our sleep. the room felt quite outdated and could have benefited from some modernisation.

Restaurant good and ambiance nicely done, especially considering our visit was during the Christmas Season.

The internet listing made the location sound as if the hotel was in Bern. In fact, it was located a good 15-20 minutes outside of the city. The address listed steered us to a very different locale. But for the help of the local people, we would have have quite a problem finding the hotel. Had we not had easy transport, we would have refused our stay based on the distance from midtown and the misleading internet search address listings.

Friendly, helpful staff. Good food in pleasant and homely surroundings. Well situated for the train to Berne.

Nothing - all was good......

The staff is incredibly patient with children, providing them with toys and coloring kits. The breakfast is satisfying and the restaurant is pleasant for dinner. The hotel is clean and quiet, ensuring a restful night. The parking area is spacious and there are balconies adorned with lovely geraniums.

The room was quite clean. The breakfast was reasonable. The bathroom was ok. Apart from that, I can't honestly say much positive about the place.

There is really very little positive I can say about this hotel. The reception was *never* staffed. I had to check in and out at the restaurant next door. The two members of staff I actually saw didn't try too hard on the hospitality front. The "hotel" has the feel of a place that was probably quite nice in 1986 (when it was last refurbished), but could really do with a bit of a shake up. The dark and gloomy lobby makes you think that someone has closed the place, and the use of money-saving "motion detecting lights" means that you have to walk onto the pitch-dark landing before you get any light. It reminded me of being a student again. Fine for a place charging 50-60 francs, but not for a 130 franc "hotel". Avoid it, is my advice.

I had a pleasant stay at Linde Stettlen. The included breakfast was excellent and the staff made a special exception for us to sit on the patio. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

Nice, quiet location; friendly staff; free parking.

There was no airconditioning in the room and the windows only opened partially, which made our stay very uncomfortable since it was summer. The receptionists only spoke German. The food served in the restaurant was really salty.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Its location was very convenient, close to the train station and several restaurants. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious. the hotel's cleanliness was excellent.

Not a bad staying, it has internet and parking free. However a little expensive for how the rooms are looking. Also, if you have lunch or dinner there it is extremely expensive, but indeed very good (around 75 Euros for 2 persons, normal dinner, nothing fancy).
